xulrunner should be the same as we use in Visual Page Editor - btw. what does pi4soa uses xulrunner for ?!

About Orbit, well, we never had any plugins use it before and we would have to start bundling it since no updatesite has it (do they ?) which is again something we really don't like to do blindly ;)
