All properties are grouped to objects like Bytecode, C3P0, Cache, Connections, etc.
These objects will always be available under node 'Properties'. Form for the object makes possible to create edit and remove properties included into the object.
So, I think dialog Add Property may remain as is for adding some 'non-usual' items not included into objects.
