Maven Library Provider doesn't save correctly changes made by a user

Steps to reproduce:

- call the New Dynamic Web Project wizard
- choose the JBoss Maven Integration and JSF 1.2 facet
- select Maven JSF 1.2 libraries on the JSF Capabilities page
- remove all dependencies
- finish the project
- repeat the first three step
- call "Restore defaults"
Maven Library provider will add the default dependencies
- finish the project
- repeat the first three steps
The default dependencies should be there, but they aren't.
