Our entity resolver expected public entity "-//Hibernate/Hibernate Mapping DTD 3.0//EN", while example has "-//Hibernate/Hibernate Mapping DTD//EN". When public entity was provided, the entity resolver ignored system entity. I made it to use system entity if public entity is ambiguous.
