Visual view is updated when nothing changes in Preferences

1) Open any jsp and xhtml page
2) Press preference button on toolbar
3) Press OK in appeared dialog.
ASSERT: Visual View is updated.

I think that we should listen if something changed in preferences for "Visual Appearance" and "Confirmation and details" checkbox groups and only when update Visual View, if OK button pressed. For now, we update Visual View every time when OK button pressed.
