Site is there. Unfortunately there are no mirrors of the site, and and eclipse.org is being pounded because Galileo SR1 came out on Friday. Bandwidth saturation sucks. 

One way around this would be to fetch a copy of the update site and store it in repository.jboss.org. I'll start on that today.
