fixed. During the fixing, I found there are some validation in JBossWSGenerateWizard.canFinish(). If there are errors, it will setErrorMessage to the firstpage. But the canFinish() method is called before the firstpage validate(). In the validate() of the firstpage, if no errors, it will setErrorMessages=null, so if canFinish() has error, but validate() no, the error message will be ignored. 
Then I move these validation from canFinish() to validate() of the firstpage
