I think we should not ask user add JSF capabilities if the project already has it (but doesn't have KB nature).
In this case we can suggest adding KB nature instead of invoking quite complex "Add JSF Capabilities" wizard.
For examle "Enable JSF Code Completion" (will add KB nature) insted of "Add JSF Capabilities" button in that case.
