The test case was in :
/org.jboss.tools.smooks.ui.bot.test/src/org/jboss/tools/smooks/ui/bot/test/jira/BeanidIsLost_JBIDE6068.java

I have attached the patch. You can run the test case to reproduct the bug and apply the patch to see if it can resolve it.
