Snjezana Peco resolved JBIDE-6139.
----------------------------------

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug

I can't reproduce this issue and suppose that you had a connection problem or the P2 engine selected an invalid BIRT mirror.

Try the following:
- install a new Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers (jee-galileo-SR2)
- add the JBT 3.1.0.GA update site http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/galileo/
You don't need to add the BIRT or m2eclipse update sites because the JBoss Tools update site now includes them automatically.
- select all the JBT features and install them
