esb: refactored org.jboss.tools.common.test.util.TestProjectProvider to org.jboss.tools.test.util.TestProjectProvider in tests/org.jboss.tools.esb.core.test/src/org/jboss/tools/esb/core/test/ESBModelTest.java and tests/org.jboss.tools.esb.project.core.test/src/org/jboss/tools/esb/project/core/test/ESBProjectDeploymentTest.java
