changes the project facet codes:
1 move the facet codes from creation.ui to ui. We can reuse the core and ui plugin better for our new ws wizard
2 change the facet definition in plugin.xml better.
3 add a definition for facet.core.presets to support add a new jboss ws facet directly.
4 add a icon for jboss ws facet
5 set a default value for the jboss ws in the preference ws runtime page
6 add a Null validate for IFacetedProjectWorkingCopy in the JBossWSRuntimeConfigBlock
