Currently building here:

http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/job/jbosstools-tycho-modular/

Issues:

* many tests fail
* if tests fail, overall build job fails (unless using maven flag -fn)
* if tests fail, component build fails and other tests are skipped (unless using -fae)
* if tests fail, that component will not be published, so downstream component builds will fail w/ missing dependencies (eg., jmx test fail == as cannot be built)
