I guess that the problem is not only in the subdirectories. I have a property file located in the subdirectories. It is resolved on the page via <f:loadBundle> and the dialog displayed the values correctly.

Very likely that there should be other clauses which lead to the problem described in the issue.

Thus, Krasimir, could please attach your web file along with the properties file located in the subdirectories.
