I have a build working now to package up Drools as an update site and run the tests; however, the test suite is timing out

All the rest is building fine so for now I'm going to disable the test runner and hook this into the JBT process. Fine tuning it to pull from 5.2.0.SNAPSHOT will be a trivial configuration.
