Because of CA was changed the Visual Page Editor Code Templates proposals calculation is to be moved to CA Computer due to be invoked by WTP CA

The Visual Page Editor Code templates CA was added by fixing issue https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-6131. But the processor added is not WTP compatible anymore.
