We can't fix the Web Services Explorer, but are exploring other options including some new tooling coming into the next version of Eclipse and possibly rolling our own registry browser (JBIDE-2067, JBIDE-6411)

> I was able to test the Web Services Explorer following these instructions:
> Hello World works well but the UDDIv3 Inquiry service provided by jUDDI does not, if you are running SOA-Pv5 this WSDL can be found at: http://localhost:8080/juddiv3/services/inquiry?wsdl
> This WSDL works fine in soapUI.
> I will upload the WSDL as well as some screenshots.
