Not sure where/what version Teiid Designer will end up in.. but...

Changed Import/Export and Preference Category to "Teiid Designer"
changed "Metadata Model" to "Teiid Metadata Model"
changed "Virtual Database" to "Teiid VDB"
changed "Model Project" to "Teiid Model Project"

Also cleaned up Designer import wizard contribution labels to be consistent.
