Although the nightly build has been updated it would appear that the this never got propagated to the GA docs area.

If you look at the current release - http://docs.jboss.org/tools/3.1.0.GA/en/GettingStartedGuide/html_single/index.html#start_dev_db this still refers to the old version. Click on it and you get a 404.
