    Steps to Reproduce: 
1) create a new bpel process
2) add a variable of type defined in some of the WSDLs you have include in the project
3) add an assign activity
4) rename the WSDL used in step 2)
5) click "new" in the properties editor of activity defined in step 3) 
6) choose the variable (defined in step 2))
7) click somewhere else to activate the initializer and choose yes.
