1) Copy URL to URL field - https://svn.JBoss.org/repos/jbosstools
2) Set operation to GET
3) Hit invoke
4) When uid/pwd dialog appears use your SVN uid/pwd, click OK.

=> uid/pwd appears again and again until you press Cancel button

Workaround is to use/check "Prompt for basic authentication" stting/checkbox
