problem is that dependency on single plug-in is not enough sometimes and GWT integration is first case that prove this. Because it is indirectly uses other functionality injected through extension points, thus all plug-ins that injects functionality through extension points should be added to dependencies and in case of WTP it is really :) So simple way is declare required features in feature.xml. That what I did in this case. I might included little bit more than really required, but now it works after only GWT Integration is installed.
