Original issue was fixed, though .. 

I've just reproduced another similar one.
1. connect to cloud
2. refresh using cloud view
3. Be very fast and go to Images view, wait until images are refreshed 
4. select image and launch it, fill dialog and press OK

Current behavior: Launch instance dialog and whole eclipse freezes
Expected: User should not be allowed to do anything when client is refreshing or better do refresh job to block user operations, these can be queued

this is not typical usecase, but I think it has to be robust.
