Hi Brian, run tests on local windows machine, there is another failed:
java.net.URISyntaxException: Illegal character in opaque part at index 2: E:\workspace\junit-workspace\JBossWSTestProject\hello_world.wsdl

I think the reason of this failed is same to that of the failed on hudson.  URI for local wsdl file has some problems.
