I've tried the direct Java2CSV a few times using the attached Customer class and it works for me on MacOS, in so far as you can create the mappings.  I'll get Linux and try it there.

One thing however... the Customer to CSV mapping doesn't really make sense.  You'd typically map a collection onto CSV, so Customers (collection of Customer objects e.g. List<Customer>) to CSV would make sense.
