It doesn't work in JBDS 4.0.0.v201012070137R-H33-Beta2.
When runtime with name jboss-soa-p-5.0 Runtime exists before mentioned ESB example is downloaded only Targeted runtime for helloworld_testclient project has to be fixed.
If name of the runtime is different then there are lot of things to fix.

Both server runtime and esb runtime are defined pointing to SOA 5.0 installation.
