Two issues I've reproduced here:

a) com.jboss.jbds.product.feature requires org.springframework.security (indirectly)
b) org.springframework.ide.eclipse.integration.feature requires org.springframework.security (directly)

Solution:

Add that feature to the Extras site. Plugins are already there, but this feature dependency can't be resolved w/o the missing feature.

Workaround:

Don't install/update the above features; everything else should be updateable
