--------------------------------------------------------------
Works for me under fedora 14 with Open JDK 1.6. Steps I did were simple:
1. Download 4.0.0.Beta2 build H33 which is final bits
2. Install it and run by Programming->JBoss Developer Studio 4.0.0.Beta2 menu
Everything is fine, every time I start it, there is JBDS Splash.

> Components: installer
> Affects Versions: 4.0.0.Beta2
> Environment: Fedora 14 (x86_64), JBDS version 4.0.0.Beta2-H472 (installed from http://scratch.englab.brq.redhat.com/jbds/builds/JBDS-4.0.0.Beta2-H472/jbdevstudio-linux-gtk-x86_64-4.0.0.v201011142341N-H462-Beta2.jar)
> But I have seen this behavior on old Fedora 11 and JBDS 3.something, too.

> When I start JBDS for the first time after installation, then splashscreen is JBDS. But on second and all next starts, the splashscreen is Eclipse.
