I have delivered the fix recommended by Snjeza in JBIDE-6450 comment 15 (#2) for this release to trunk (CR1). Once the Eclipse Indigo release goes out in June 2011 we should be able to roll this back to just point to the plug-in wrapper vs. including the jars directly.
