There is now a http://docs.jboss.org/tools/latest

thanks to http://seamframework.org/Seam3/ModuleReleaseProcedure#H-UploadingTheDocumentation

which meant I could do:

sftp tools at filemgmt.jboss.org
sftp> cd docs_htdocs/tools
sftp> rm latest
sftp> rm latest-dev
sftp> ln 3.1.0.GA latest
sftp> ln 3.2.0.Beta1 latest-dev
