JBIDE-7879, JBIDE-7881 - look like both of these issues are result of JBIDE-7871 - i.e. they are reproducible constantly after JBIDE-7871.
Here I try to log all exceptions and stack traces which I got, cause some of this could be helpful. 
I can't reproduce just JBIDE-7881. JBIDE-7879 - all these exceptions are easy to get - just try to interact with VPE & WPE several properties view.
There is no a big sense to steps to reproduce till the time JBIDE-7871 open... JBIDE-7871 - initial reason which break normal state of Eclipse/JBDS env.
BUT STRANGE: THIS ISSUE REPRODUCIBLE ONLY in SEAM perspective, i.e. I try other perspectives here but it was reproducible ONLY in Seam perspective.

btw., regular I get this exception: 

Bundle org.jboss.tools.equinox.transforms.xslt at 1:start not found.
An exception stack trace is not available.

may be this is a key of the problem.
btw, I install whole JBDS beta2 in empty folder
