I removed the code in DeltaCloud that replaced instances in the local cache. I now keep the DeltaCloudInstance instances and set them a new Instance (object that we get from the server). 

things are committed and RSEandASWizardPage#runJob now gets a hostname on line 120 (which was not the case before):

String hostname = RSEUtils.createHostName(instance);
