Our editor provides properties sheet page from the text editor, no matter either source or visual tab is active. We only slightly modify properties page provided by WTP's HTML editor. And on comparing, in my opinion our editor works with Properties view in the same way as WTP's JSP editor. So, I suggest to move this issue to UpStream and LATER.
