Having split JMX out into a separate build, I'm now getting this error trying to build:

[INFO] [Software being installed: org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.test 2.2.0.qualifier, Missing requirement: org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.test 2.2.0.qualifier requires 'bundle org.jboss.tools.jmx.core.test 0.0.0' but it could not be found]

Solutions:

a) publish the test plugins into the JMX update site, collected into a "tests" feature
 - OR -
b) don't depend on upstream test plugins

Suggestions for best approach here?
