http://eclipse.ohardt.com/hash-plugin provides an Eclipse plugin to create hashes for MD5, SHA-1, ..., SHA-512. I'm using this plugin since several years to produce encrypted passwords according to the configured JBoss hash algorithm for security (aka PicketBox).
