ForEach cannot accomodate other activities than the scope activity.

There are two problems bound with this issue:

1) When I delete the scope activity which is  generated by default be the designer inside foreach then any activities (scope excluded) added as direct children of foreach will not be visible in the designer but will be present in the source code.

2) When I do not delete the scope activity but try to add another one like sequence behind scope then I get an exception which can be seen bellow. As before the activities are both present in the source code.
