I did the following:
1.) installed eclipse 3.6
2.) downloaded the JBoss Tools Repo ZIP http://downloads.sourceforge.net/jboss/jbosstools-3.2.Beta2-Update-2010-12-06_21-53-23-H68.zip
3.) installed all JBoss Tools plugins
4.) installed the TestNG plugin

no additional updates/installation
