Follow previously described steps to reproduce and see new attached screenshots.

Do not use Web Projects popup menu for deletion use only key <Delete> on keyboard. When popup menu is used error is not displayed but anyways only one of projects is deleted.

It happened always anytime when user is trying to delete more than one project within Web Project view.

Please be sure to use Web Project view for deletion.

I'm testing it on Linux maybe doesn't happen on Windows.
