Shaun Appleton commented on JBIDE-5782:
---------------------------------------

to clarify: If a user places an updated dtd in their own URL and IF they have jboss tools installed AND they are using a newer version of hibernate than what is in the core (with a newer dtd), then their dtd will be ignored and the older one from the jboss tools plugin's hibernate jar will be used because of the XML catalog entry in eclipse.

> If a user places an updated dtd of their own at their own url they will not get the updated dtd, but rather they get the one from the hibernate-core jar.
