We are need  check XR and show more user friendly diagnostic message and exception message in log.
See JBIDE-5779. There are possible problems:
#1 wrong xulrunner is used
#2 xulrunner is corrupted by a virus or an anti-virus
#3 no persmisions to execute the xulrunner.exe or access xul.dll
