Well.. I can run a test with a newer version of JBoss to see if the problem is solved this way, but there is a problem to develop my webservice on a diffrent version of JBoss. I have to develop this module for a big application with several modules which is running with jboss 4.2.1. There are a lot of modules depending of that JBoss version and as I understand from my collegues an upgrade is planned some time in the future but not right now.
On the other hand I'm the first person in this project which uses JBDS, but the ideea is to migrate to JBDS if it seems to be a good solution (this is why nobody has that problem until now probably - at least in our company).

One more question then...: Isn't there any workaround to avoid the problem without changing the jboss version? For instance.. if I generate the WS with another version of jboss.. is there any chance to work also with an older version (4.2.1) It could be a solution (even is not very good one) for me to use another JBoss on the development machine but use 4.2.1 at our clients side... at least for a period... until all project will migrate on the new jboss version.
