What build did you use? I tried jbdevstudio-eap-win32-3.0.0.v201002020815N-H111-CR2.jar, and saw "You wanna add EAP 5 server?" checkboxes. I don't see same checkboxes in yours screenshot.

Name of this step was exactly about adding EAP server. Additional runtimes was optional feature.
