Nick, we want to set the minimum requirement to Eclipse 3.5 (Galileo) for some of the plugins to avoid users installing on top Eclipse 3.4;  which version range should we use for org.eclipse.core to make that happen ?

And shuold this be in manifest.mf or feature.xml
