Some remaining issues:

  * fixed typo in JBDS site bucky.agg gen'd ALL catg; verify in next spin

  ? BIRT stuff not activated in JBDS install; cannot install OOTB from JBDS update site because BIRT 2.5 site not available (adding http://download.eclipse.org/birt/update-site/2.5/ solves missing dep) - see JBIDE-5520 for assoc site discussion

  + TPTP not categorized in JBDS install - need to be added to site.xml's ALL catg
  + TPTP not categorized in JBT install - need to be added to site.xml's ALL catg
    + jboss profiler (also, no feature desc available)
    + tptp profile on jboss server
