Googling tells me that there is a magcal webserviceutils.jar that needs to be added somehow.

see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=119954 for discussion about this concerning WTP adapters.

But is Axis even supported on AS/EAP out of the box ?
