The dvdstore22 project example requires JBoss EAP 5.0 and Seam 2.2.
If you import this project example to a distribution (JBDS/JBT) which contains EAP 5.0 and Seam 2.2, the only you need to do is to deploy the dvdstore22-ear application to the JBoss EAP server. 
You don't need to call "Make Deployable" because the datasource is deployed within the EAR application.  The Quick Fix dialog won't appear no matter what is the name of your JBoss EAP and Seam Runtime. 
If you call this example using a distribution that doesn't contain JBoss EAP 5.0 and/or Seam 2.2, you will get a dialog as shown in the attached screenshot.
