When attempting to create new Sample Web service, the Next button does not do anything, NullPointerException appears in logfile.

Reproducing:

1. Select menu File->New->Other
2. Select Web Services -> Create a Sample Web Service
   or Select Jboss Tools -> Create a Sample Web Service
3. Click Next
