The icons, I believe, will remain broken, as that was a condition of upstream. They needed a way to represent the server was enabled or not.   Since they basically lost a column to represent state, they had to move hte icons over to the left. 

I suppose other suggestions could be made but I don't have any and we discussed it with them for a long time
