Tested on:

It doesn't work for *.taglib.xml files. Works only for .tld files with .xsd schema definition specified within .xml file.

I have downloaded primafaces-2.0.0.jar from http://www.primefaces.org/downloads.html and added this it to new JSF project classpath.
Only *.tld files form this .jar file appeared in JSF Project Tag Libraries within Web Project view i. e. primafaces-i.tld and primafaces-p.tld.
primefaces-i.taglib.xml and primefaces-p.taglib.xml are missing in JSF Project Tag Libraries.
