STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the CSS Editing Perspective
2. Create a CSS file with the following content
.c1 {
	color: Blue;
}
3. Change the Color property using the CSS Properties View to 'Red'.
RESULT
The text in the CSS Preview is still blue (see screeshot-1.png)
